Certified Fitness Trainer
and Wellness Coach
With an academic background in architecture, Ngozi has always been captivated by how structure supports function - first in buildings, now in the human form.

While at Claremont McKenna College California, Ngozi set records in hurdles, long and triple jump and earned SCIAC Athlete of the Year and was inducted into the CMS Hall of Fame.

Her innate curiosity led her to earn multiple certifications and specialisations in health, fitness and nutrition from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, which is widely regarded as the gold standard in evidence-based fitness education.

Training Philosophy
For over 20 years, Ngozi has coached clients across a range of geographies, ages and backgrounds. Known for her unwavering focus and drive, she thrives on challenge. She is certified and experienced in adapting training to a wide range of needs, including injury recovery, age-related mobility limitations, menopause, high-performance and more.

Ngozi’s approach is grounded in the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model, a science-based system developed by the National Academy of Sports Medicine to guide safe, and effective fitness and wellness practices. Her use of periodized training programs supports clients to pursue their long-term goals while minimizing the risk of injury, plateaus, and overtraining. Many clients are surprised to discover that her approach not only supports steady progress but also motivates them to push beyond their perceived physical limits.

As both a woman and a mother, Ngozi brings a deeply personal approach to training women. From pre-natal and post-natal, to the menopause transition, she offers informed, scientifically-backed support, tailored to each life stage. Her approach is shaped by education, empathy, and a genuine understanding of the physical and emotional shifts women navigate throughout their lives.

Early Years
For Ngozi, health and wellness isn’t just a job - it’s an authentic way of life that extends into everything she does. Early on, she channelled that passion into mentoring her children in their athletic development.

World Class Athletic Achievements
This laid a foundation that has led to world-class athletic achievements. Two of her children have represented Great Britain on the world stage, competing at the Olympic Games, British Athletics Championships, European Athletics Championships, Commonwealth games, and World Championships.
